Meet Lauren

Lauren (she/her) is a registered Creative Arts Therapist (ANZACATA) and Clinical Counsellor (PACFA) with over 5 years of experience working in private practice and clinical spaces. She has been fortunate to hold space for a broad range of clients, including NDIS participants.

Also a working artist, Lauren is an intuitive, open-minded, and multifaceted human with lived experience of being a multiply neurodivergent person. She is deeply inspired by all things art, creativity, and human expression, and by how they bring about transformation and healing. She is a firm believer that a bit of curiosity, imagination and playfulness in the therapeutic space can go a long way.
