Not every young person wants to attend a "skill development group” - but many are looking for a space where they can just be. heART studio is a relaxed, low-pressure creative group where tween and teen girls can hang out, create, and express themselves in ways that feel comfortable for them.

Perfect for tween and teen girls who:

⭐️Who are highly sensitive or neurodivergent

⭐️Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or need a safe space

⭐️Struggle with friendships or confidence

⭐️Bottle things up or find it hard to talk

⭐️Love art, creativity, or just want somewhere to belong

WHAT TO EXPECT:

💜Chill, inclusive environment

💜Choice-based activities (painting, collage, art journalling & more)

💜Optional therapeutic prompts gently exploring themes around self and identity

💜Optional sharing and conversation - no pressure

💜Opportunities to connect with others

💜Guidance from qualified arts therapist and counsellor Lauren

💜A supportive, strengths-based, neuro-affirming space

Saturdays | 11am - 12:30pm

$80 per session | all materials provided
